C and H Properties, Inc. has been recognized as one of the Big Island’s most experienced full-service real estate companies since its founding in 1981. In 2008, we merged with Windermere Island Properties giving us an expanded presence in Kona and the resorts of the Kohala Coast. In 2017 we acquired the Century 21 All Islands Fine Homes & Estates Big Island offices in Kona and Waikoloa, broadening our reach on the island.

Our boutique property management division focuses on a high level of personal interaction with our clients. We’re a small but growing management company, yet we have the knowledge and experience to effectively market your property internationally, nationally and locally through our booking partners, social media, and the web.
